Medical Receptionist
Amber is the medical receptionist at the Center for Elder Care and the first face you see as the primary point of contact between patients and providers. Her job includes welcoming patients and visitors in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone. Front desk staff also greets medical professionals. The medical receptionist is also responsible for keeping the flow of patients moving smoothly and maintaining a neat front area.
